特殊单立管排水系统是国家建设部新近推广的新型排水系统。作为具有二十多年生产历史铸铁排水管材及配件的专业制造企业，我公司积极参与了中国工程建设标准化协会组织的CECS79：2011《特殊单立管排水系统技术规程》、CECS307：2012《加强型旋流器特殊单立管排水系统技术规程》及10SS410《建筑特殊单立管排水系统安装》国家建筑标准设计图集的参编工作。
      2006年起公司开始了铸铁特殊单立管排水系统配套管件产品的研发工作。经过近三年的努力，共研制开发了铸铁GY型加强旋流器及旋流式铸铁苏维托特殊单立管排水系统等9个系列200多种产品。特别是近期在湖南大学反复进行的水力学测试中，我们研发的铸铁GY型加强旋流器特殊单立管排水系统排水能力超过了10升/每秒。这个测试结果不仅超过了目前国内外特殊单立管产品的最好指标，也远远超过了铸铁双立管排水系统9升/每秒的排水能力。为在建筑排水设计施工中广泛推广使用GY型加强旋流器单立管排水系统以代替目前铸铁双立管排水系统提供了可靠的设计实验依据。
     我们研制的旋流式铸铁苏维托特殊单立管DN100立管排水系统，在湖南大学的水力学测试中，通水能力达到7.5升/每秒，达到了同类型苏维托产品排水能力的最好水平。
     我公司研制的铸铁GY型加强旋流器及旋流式铸铁苏维托特殊单立管排水系统系列产品，以其排水流量大，铸铁材质优良，加之环氧树脂粉末静电喷涂涂装工艺，使其具有其它同类产品无可比拟的优势。
